God CAN Handle It!

Good Morning Guys! I just got this in my spirit today…We ask God all of these questions…and expect Him to just answer them all and that’s it

You ever want to just ask God the 5 W’s?

  • Who AM I?
  • What am I supposed to be doing?
  • Where am I supposed to be?
  • When will I reach my destiny! When will I meet my mate? When will I get that Job! When will I be free from this addiction! When will I not be broke!
  • Why do I keep falling? Why do I feel like this? Why should I trust you? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME? WHY AM I HERE!?

Okay so that’s a little more that 5 W’s…..but think about this…God can handle ALL OF THAT! You know how sometimes you only tell certain things to certain people because you know mom…can’t “handle” what you’re going through…your best friend cant “handle” your growth in Christ…JESUS CAN HANDLE ALL YOUR “STUFF”…

And what about God’s 5’Ws?

  • Who do you say I AM? Who’s report are you believing? Who are you listening to? Who is in control?
  • What does My Word say? What is stopping you from believing? What friend, or family member has done more for you than I have? What is it you really want? What are you waiting for?
  • When will you let ME Lord over your life? When will you surrender to Me? When will you be still enough to listen to what I have to say? When will you love me? When will you trust me?
  • Where is your faith?
  • Why is it that I can work miracles in the lives of others but not you? Why don’t you forgive yourself? Why don’t you cast your cares on me? Why do you try to do everything on your own? Why don’t you follow My plan? Why not you?

God is sovereign! He is the Creator of the Universe! He knew you from before the foundations of the earth. He knew what you would do and how you would handle life before it even happened to you. He wants you to share these pains and experiences with Him. In order for Him to work in your life there has to be relationship there. The Bank Teller can’t begin to help you and work on your account without first getting some information from you that they already have right? God already has all of your solutions and dreams and blessings waiting for you, but you my friend have to participate!

You sharing your life with God, in prayer and worship, shows God and tells Him that you believe that He can help you. You saying “Lord, I really need this job…” shows Him that you are coming to Him because you trust that He can fix it. Once you acknowledge His power and His ability to change your life, THEN He is free to prove you right, and He wants to!

I encourage you today to take a step out there and talk to God! All prayer is, is a conversation between you and God. The beautiful thing about Him is that He is waiting for you to come to Him. He’s  a friend that you can ALWAYS go to. When your mom doesn’t cut it…when your friends look at you crazy or don’t quite give you the advice you’re looking for? Yea…those times. God is there saying cast your cares on Me ” my yoke is easy and my burden is light”. God can handle it!
